Why Kevin began Coraline Skincare

In Kevin’s words:

“Coraline - Our Greatest Inspiration

She has inspired us to try to help as many people as we can with our natural and organic skincare. Her sensitive skin was the spark that we needed to get the wheels moving in the first place.

When Coraline was a few weeks old, her skin reacted badly to what was marketed as a natural and organic liquid soap product (many products claim to be organic when often they only contain around 50% organic ingredients, or even less in some cases). This forced us to investigate what could be causing this reaction.

What we read, and subsequently found out made us sit up and question how little we knew about what was going on (and into) our skin everyday.

Much of what we use on a daily basis contains an array of synthetic chemicals that are just not designed for our skin.

Over time these can cause damage, both inside and out.

I knew that there had to be a different, purer way to look after our skin, and so far we have found this to be true.”
