Top 10 feel good: 2. Gratitude
Number two of my top things which keep me feeling good and productive during the current situation.
2. Gratitude! We start the day with a chapter of the book, “The Magic” by Rhonda Byrne and our friend @declan_j_odonoghue is leading us with a daily video for each chapter.
Each day you write out gratitudes which totally shifts your mind, and there’s a different theme for each day.
We end the day saying what was the thing that day we are most grateful for which happened, which gets us thinking of all the good moments.
We love the weekly 8pm thank you clap for carers and key workers, and the rainbows and teddy bears in people’s windows.
