Self isolation begins

Coraline is currently off preschool because she had a fever on Sunday and, following guidelines, we know she can’t go in and that it means we are in self isolation for 14 days. She is fine now. Her classes and therapies have all been cancelled for all who attend them, and preschool will close from Friday anyway.

What keeps coming back to me at this time that’s beyond our control, is that what we do have is the power to choose our response. To choose our thoughts and choose what we focus on. To choose the messages we send to others. And, as a result, choose how we feel, and how those around us feel.

We send love out to everyone around the world right now and gratitude to everyone in the health services and everyone who is helping each other. We are contemplating how we can help too!
