Top 10 feel good: 9. Six daily activities
Number 9 on my list of things keeping me feeling good and productive at this time:
Doing six activities each day focusedly in order, which are all steps on the way to my personal and professional goals and to our goal for Coraline.
Our coach @christamolter ran a time management webinar explaining this and it’s revolutionised my productive use of time.
My goals are to start a podcast, and to get fit, and our goal for Coraline is that she is happy and thriving.
Today’s six are: Learn one Makaton sign, do the Bodycoach, meditate, listen to one “how to” podcast, listen to one new podcast, and investigate one new activity to do with Coraline to contribute to her development.
