Top 10 feel good: 4. Play
Number four on my list of things which keep me feeling good and productive at this time.
Taking it easy on ourselves for Coraline’s “schedule”. It’s settled into all day fun with a bit of learning on the side!
I’d initially set that too high which I think caused the tears of day 11. I had tried to replicate her usual week’s groups and activities and to find online “toddler” classes which don’t fit where Coraline is at, which made me feel bad.
I now just come back to who we are, where we are, what we love, and being present with her. We do our usual flash cards and physio but we mostly play and hang out with books and toys!
